Canadian Orders – We use Canada Post - Expedited Mail (2-4 days southern Canada, up to10 days to the north ) and Canada Post -Express Post (1-3 business days)or Canpar courier (1-4 business days) for faster delivery.

United States Orders – We use Canada Post Small Packet Surface Mail (7-21 business days) for low cost shipping. Express Post (3-7 business days) or Purolator courier(2 days) can be used for faster delivery.

International Orders – We ship Canada Post International Surface Mail (4-6 weeks). We use Canada Post Air mail (6-10 business days) or Canada Post Purolator (2-3 days) for faster delivery. Any taxes or duties levied by the destination country will be due upon delivery. You should contact your local Customs Office if you have any questions.

You will be informed by e-mail when your order is shipped. Courier orders will be confirmed with tracking numbers to allow you to check the expected delivery time of your order.

To have your shipping calculated as you shop, enter in your City, Province/State, Country and Postal Code/ZIP. The system will then be able to determine the appropriate shipping method and give you a running total of your shipping and taxes (if applicable). If you call us to place your order shipping costs will be determined once your order is packed.

Return Policy - Warranty
Heart to Heart Designs Inc. utilizes the best quality materials and employs skilled sewers to produce a product of exceptional value. Heart to Heart warrants the product free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after receipt of order. Defects should be reported to Heart to Heart Designs to authorize a Return of Merchandise. When returning goods to Heart to Heart, they should be returned shipment prepaid. Product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer and shipped back to the customer.

Returns Not Covered By Warranty
Please contact Heart to Heart Designs to authorize a return. If we are unable to meet your needs within 30 days from receipt of order and the product is returned unwashed and in unused condition, we will refund your purchase. If authorized, goods should be returned to Heart to Heart shipment prepaid. Shipping charges both to you and back to H2H are not refunded.
